To Order Shoes by Mail Order, simply send us:

1. A tracing of your foot. Make sure you use your largest foot - many people have one foot larger than the other! To make this process as accurate as possible, please hold the pen completely vertical when you do your tracing. If faxing your tracing, please also measure the tracing at the widest and longest points and write this on the fax - faxes sometimes shrink the image. Please note that foot tracings are a guide for us only, and do not guaruntee the shoes will fit.

2. Tell us what size/size range you normally take in formal shoes. Loose fitting shoes, such as running shoes, are not usually a reliable indicator of your size in formal shoes.

3. Include your delivery address and daytime contact phone number so we can contact you if we have any queries.

4. Also include the date you require your shoes. Remember that you may need them for the final fitting of your dress.

5. If you require them dyed, send a sample of the colour you want them matched to. Shoes should be fitted before being dyed. While colour matching is very precise, dyed shoes are non-refundable unless the fault is ours. Alternatively, you can get them dyed yourself - almost all of our shoes are dyeable. 6. Your credit card details. Alternatively, send a cheque made out to 'Trousseau Bridal'. The cost of the shoes will be charged, along with dyeing if required, plus $10 if in New Zealand or NZ$20 if outside New Zealand for post and packaging.

Please note that some foot shapes do not fit some shoe styles. We will, where possible, suggest to you a more appropriate style, but we cannot be held responsible for the lack of fit of a shoe that is not designed for the dimensions of your foot. For people with unusual foot shapes e.g. slim or very wide or with bunions, phoning us to discuss your options may be the best starting point.

Delivery times vary, but as a rough guide New Zealand addresses can expect delivery within a week. Shoe dyeing takes up to an additional 2 weeks. Your shoes will be sent to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that they may not be despatched until your cheque has cleared.

Returns Policy

• We will send another pair if the shoes do not fit, providing the shoes are returned in the same condition you received them with the original box within 7 days. If we do not have the correct size we will refund your money or you can choose another style. However, shoes that have been dyed for you, and shoes ordered especially for you that were not in stock, are not returnable.
• Please note that mail order is not the same as appro. We do not have a try before you buy service, and shoes cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.
